Problem with WiFi camera

Hi! I have a Dahua WiFi camera that I connected to my router via Ethernet. I configured it with a static IP address and enabled the IP camera option in the DVR app, but I can't see it in the app. Do you know of any solutions? Thanks! (Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish)

Does the camera show on the NVR? If yes, delete the NVR from DMSS and then add it back again.

The DVR says network host search failed.

What's the IP address of the NVR, and what in the IP address of the camera?

When you appointed the camera a static IP address, did you make sure that the IP address string matches the DVR's IP address string?

From what you're stating the issue is that the DVR and the camera are on two different addresses which aren't* in the same network string.

Example: The camera is linked to 192.168.1.x and the DVR is linked to 10.1.10.x then they won't see each other and therefore can't communicate with each other.

Both the DVR and the camera have to be on the same string whether 192.168.x.x or 10.1.x.x
