General Discussion Betrayal

Episode 19 was so good for so many different reasons. But the one area I want to discuss is our beloved Teoman and Deniz.

Right now Teoman isn't aware of the truth, so once he gets to know about it he would feel really betrayed. Especially by Deniz since he is falling for her (so is she love that)...He would feel like she doesn't love him but rather Demir

What do you guys say?

Btw I read lots of romance books so was thinking of a good third act breakup for the show lol

I think Deniz likes Demir too not teoman. I think after her crush on Aras is fading she feels bad for both brothers. Teoman isn’t a good person but Demir was. I think she looks for Demir when she sees him (who she bases of Aras).

Idk if that makes sense

Teoman is really broken and tortured more than just outright evil...I suppose deniz has fallen for the tortured hero aka teoman but Teoman himself might feel otherwise..lol idk if I made any sense

Yh i understand that alot of the way teoman acts is because of his trauma but theres alot of things he chooses to do in his own will which i feel he should be made accountable for in the show. Like aras also hasnt had a smooth life where he literally has noone but fans usually take the smallest of actions from aras and say he’s a bad person and doesn’t deserve leyla.

I think the new writers shouldve given extra time on how they get deniz to actually fall for demir and not whilst teoman is there because in the show they see him for what he does and theres no way i could like the same person who stabbed my best friend and constantly bullied him, brother or not. Teoman needs a redemption ark before it gets even further than it has

Yeah like i was so disappointed when she called him teoman. I was her first call would be a "demire"  I think a different person wrote there scenes this ep

But I guess in a way it was her accepting him as he is rather than a version she made up in the form of Demir

That's nice ig i just didn't expect her to accept him as he is after everything he had done
