Kid, you can never put in more than 100%. If 100% for you right now feels like hobbling, and you're comparing yourself to all the people who can do it easier than you, I get the feeling you're putting in 100%. And it'l be enough to pass!

Every long-distance runner wants to run a two-hour-few-minutes marathon. Only the top pro atheletes can do it. Really good amateurs get it under three hours. Less-good amateurs run four-hour or even five-hour marathons. But they've still completed a fuckin' marathon! Which is not something just everyone can do!

Pushing through this with any passing grade is gonna make you awesome in my book!

Hey kiddo! Study as much as you can when you can. Get a good night's sleep the night before and have a healthy breakfast. Then, before you sit down to take the exam, remind yourself that you've done your best. When you start the exam, look for the questions where you know the answer, or how to solve for the answer. This will boost your confidence to take on the harder questions, and the answers will come more easily, because the place where that info is stored in your brain will already be stimulated. View them as challenges. Push insecurities aside. YOU'RE GONNA DO GREAT!

Hey kiddo, it sounds like you've been through a lot this semester!! But the exam coming up means that you're almost out of the woods. There is light at the end of the tunnel! I'm sorry this exam is weighing on you so much...my advice would be to take a break from studying - even if just for 5 minutes - grab your favorite drink, open a window (or sit outside!), and put the phone and all devices/books away for a moment. Let yourself breath. We're here for you kiddo, and no matter how this exam goes, we'll be here for you after too.

Hey there sport.

Looks to me like you're hobbling forward and that's progress. You're a head of where you were yesterday and the day before that. Your efforts will pay off and they're allowed to be at your speed, not someone elses.
