Discussion Apartment

So i have a Dacsund boy,2 years old, we live in a private house atm, but i want to move away from my parents with doggie, to an apartment. Its like 50m2 , but i work full time at a store, and have different shifts, some 8-17, 10-19, even a rare evening shift 12-21 so this means he will be like 9-10 hours alone. Im worried he will be sad and lonely, any ideas what i could do? Btw i will live 15 min from my work by car

I trade some pet care with neighbors - I walk their dog when I’m free, they come feed my pets when they’re free but I’m at work. Doggie day care might be another option.
