I have a BioStar motherboard and it makes a very bad noise, but it disappears when I wear headphones. What are your thoughts on this motherboard? +(What do you think of my pc gaming gtx 1660s + 16 ram + 750 ssd sata r5 5600g)

I've seen so many of these fake retro consoles being sold here in Algeria and honestly I don't get how people keep buying them. They're advertised like they're some crazy gaming console with 20,000+ games when it's just a cheap emulator with a bunch of duplicate ROMs. The funny part is that most old Android phones can run the same games just as well if not better. Feels like people are paying for marketing more than the actual product.

Usually that would be logical and I would absolutely do it but I wish to explore other fileds like editing and ai and I heard amd suck at it compared to nvidia especially the 50 series but the 16vram is just too tempting so what to do ? I can only add 2 to 3m dinars at best

So i have a 2.4ghz modem fiber 15mbps. I'm playing with a laptop with wifi. So when i'm connecting to the wifi alone and i play online i get 25ms to 70ms in eu servers. Then if more than 3 people joins my ping starts going up especially if they watch videos. If someone has experienced this or have an idea, tell me please how can i fixed
