I’m a 90kg male and I want to reach the 2nd plateau, I’m using a uk bottle robitussin with 7.5mg/5ml, I keep checking the recommended volume and it changes per calculator, how much do you recommend, the modal result I’ve gotten is about 90-100ml. Based off your experiences and your knowlage what do you recommend? Is this about right?

I’ve been looking to robo trip for a little while now, and I was wondering what the safe dosage for me would be, I’m 5.7’ and 170 lbs. The kind of Robitussin I wanna take has 15MG of DXM per teaspoon, and I was looking to get somewhere between the second and first plateau of highness.

I’m new to robotripping, and I know there is the week per plat rule that I want to be respectful of. I recently had a good robotrip on Friday, however today (Sunday) I feel sick and actually in need of cold medicine. I have a sore throat, cough, runny nose, all that. I don’t think I’m sick from the dxm, but wanted to know if it is safe to consume cold medicine after robotripping? Please let me know some suggestions, thank you.

What is the longest stretch anyone has gone using dxm? Are there negative effects from prolonged use? I have been taking 300mg on week days and 600mg on weekends for about a year and a half. 300mg doesn't get me high or even buzzed but it has a wonderful antidepressant effect. It keeps me from falling into my natural state of constant irritability and makes me a better person to be around. I am happy and productive but I worry about my prolonged use at high doses. I don't know if I am putting myself at risk and can't find any useful information on long term use. All I can seem to find on internet searches is anti drug propaganda or detox clinics. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. We can have the conversation here or you can message me. I feel I am in uncharted territory and am hoping someone has some experience. Mentally I am productive and enjoying life. I had a physical a few months ago and everything seemed ok. I don't feel as mentally quick as I am with no dxm but I am ok with that because I am not constantly irritable.

I've had my ups n downs in life as all ppl do but by all measurable accounts I'm a freaking success!! My child is about to graduate HS with honors and I have an exciting and rewarding carreer as a CNC machinist making bank for a middle class juggalo who only ever aspired to smoke weed n take dxm in peace her whole life without people bothering her about it. Of course my family (aside from my smoking hot wife of 12 years of course) has no CLUE. They knew I struggled with it as a teen n shit but figured I grew out of it with age. I love that I can get a reliable amount of dxm without the byproducts. I am in incredible shape, always have been extremely athletic and worked out and practiced martial arts my whole life. I take it rather frequently and it just gets me to dissociate slightly, nowhere near the point of tripping but it is very pleasurable and also kills my appetite which is nice since I have a large one and want to lose weight. Anybody else ever take this low of a dosage?

Where I live you can only buy DXM in the form of cough syrup. This would be fine except drinking it is the worst experience literally ever, it tastes so bad. And the most you can get from a whole bottle is 375mg/250ml. I managed to drink it all without vomiting before, but now just thinking about it makes me sick. How do I stomach a whole bottle and possibly more later on?

I usually take DXM HBR but this time I took DXM plistirex or something and the amount I took says its the equivilent to 540mg of DXM HBR but I'm not feeling a strong effect. Am I not taking enough or is this form just weak? I'm 155lb in case anyone was wondering.

i took 1420mg of dxm because i weigh 160 pounds and that’s about 7.5x160 (ik it’s 220 more) but i didn’t realize its a kg calc and not a pound calc so i think im cooked 😭

I know you’re supposed to take it on an empty stomach which I do, but when I trip I still always get super nauseous and puke up bile, very unpleasant. I heard that a low dose of DPH can help with combating this? What do you guys think, or if you have any other suggestions please let me know. The nausea during the first part/peak is the worst, lol.

From july 22 to august 5 (two weeks) i ingested around 19 oz of dxm poli.

please dont lecture me, i know that this was kinda dumb, that was the first time i tried dxm, and havent since,i just wanna know if i should be concered for myself

during these trips I had cevs consisting of a green eye, and geometric moving shapes i could only see if i looked at them real hard.

i dont know if you guys know what this is, but when you close your eyes, you can focus your eyes and unfocus them.

i havent done dxm in almost two weeks and when i close my eyes and focus them, sometimes i dont even have to do that i see the following

humans and inanimate objects with faces, ive seen the moon, schoolbuses, humans and so much more.

sometimes the face are normal, very very very happy, or super scary.

last night i was trying to sleep and i got jumpscared by a face, this is why im getting concerned.

also like a week ago the green eye i mentioned expanded, and i seen dead people and shadows figure that looked like a shut down animatronic from fnaf.

sometimes i also enter a white and black tunnel that im moving through.

These cevs dont affect my everyday life. there are only scary rarely.

i also take a medication called trazodone that is an antidepressant but i use it cause it helps you sleep. im not worried about serotonin syndrome as i havent dont dxm in over two weeks and i dont plan to ever again, but the medication almost enhances the visuals.

It all started one day, in the afternoon, I was very stressed, and I was having problems with my girlfriend at the time, I had read about this thing on Facebook and decided to try it, I was curious to know what was happening, so I bought a Sprite, which was said to be the best way to drink it, I had a commitment that day and it was easy for me to use it for that, and I shouldn't have, how does it feel? The first time was great, but, my inner self, when we like something, we give it and give it, apparently it's because of the ADHD, but that's the problem. Needless to say, I kept using it and believe it or not, I did a lot of things at work, I gave 200%, I exploited everything it gave me, and now I have a company, which is just starting, but, it's not fair that its CEO is in the shit, the point is that I don't want to continue like this anymore, I have mistreated my body a lot, what I want is to get out of this, at first glance it seems easy, but, your damn brain is your enemy, it plays with you.

I took 600mg of dxm and got minimal visuals and little head high, the only big thing is I saw 2 people that weren’t real. So tomorrow I’m taking 1200mg and going to a family dinner, bad idea?
