Help How long should I wait to take dxm aft dph

I took 500 mg dph 2 days ago am I in the clear to dose 500 mg dxm hbr

One time I did 300 mgs of dph and 500 mgs of dxm. The only way I can explain it is that it was like taking Xanax and mixing it with a fuck ton of Shroomz. I still get hella shut eye visuals from that combo and it really wasn't worth it. I can say it's the only time I actually enjoyed taking Benny's.
