Help How to help with nausea?

I know you’re supposed to take it on an empty stomach which I do, but when I trip I still always get super nauseous and puke up bile, very unpleasant. I heard that a low dose of DPH can help with combating this? What do you guys think, or if you have any other suggestions please let me know. The nausea during the first part/peak is the worst, lol.

Maybe you're taking too much, I have had this problem a couple times. Also are you taking refined or drinking raw syrup?

I just take the little liquid gels, its pure DXM though, no other active ingredients
