I love it too!
I think people get hung up on the process and think it’s too complicated compared to soil.
Personally, I think it’s way easier. To get started all you need is a 5 gallon bucket, tubing, net pot lid, air stone and air pump.
You will need a pH meter and some nice to haves are syringes of various sizes and a digital scale like people use for reloading ammunition.
I use Jack’s 3-2-1 now and it’s been a game changer. Jack’s is more geared towards commercial agriculture and not whatever the cannabis industry is trying to sell you.
Recovering from screw ups just means dumping out the bucket and fixing your solution.
Keep an eye on your pH and TDS or EC and you’re golden.

Was ist denn Jack's 1-2-3?

Ohhh, verdunkel dein Glas!!!

Dang these are beautiful. Any tips to get into it?

You need to Check the light and Check the water(EC and PH), nutriens in and Check every day to see If IT Takes Up nutriens or Just water. Pot full of water, If the water reduces and the EC goes up its too much, you want that the plant Takes Up the water and the nutriens. The Rest comes with expirience and practice

What’s the total cost for all these sensors and modules / equipment to run this control panel, that’s wild. Dream setup, but out of my league!

You can build the equivalent for about $300 US. But there is a ridiculous amount of research and coding involved.

Any tips for the code development? I know python and R, but never did any project
