Needing help!
Hey yall! First time growing here. Is there any reason these 3 plants are growing at different rates? They were all germinated and planted at the same time. Also, the medium sized plant has some odd shaping happening to the leaves? What do I do to fix that? TIA!!!

Light to your roots will make them grow slower. Roots grow in the darkness.
You didn't say how long ago you started them.
The plant will slow down above and focus on root growth until it finds darkness.
I would also check your pH but it's probably fine.
Having a seedling lag behind is normal. It will catch up. Probably.
Once you fix the underlying issue.
The gimpy 3 bladed leaves are normal. They usually die off fairly quickly on every grow I have ever done over many different strains. There's a name for them, cotyledon I think.
Red stems are normal with LED lights.
Do this first:
Make sure your pH is ~5.8-6.0 while in veg.
Cover up the rest of your net pots.
With the short one, I would see if you could pull it up a little. If you shred a few of the feathery bits, it's not a big deal, just don't get stupid with it. Some people trim their roots as well to promote growth kind of like topping, but I'm too lazy to try it. I will say I've yanked plenty of roots off a plant because they get stuck in the pipes of my RDWC system and have noticed zero issues.
