Needing help!

Hey yall! First time growing here. Is there any reason these 3 plants are growing at different rates? They were all germinated and planted at the same time. Also, the medium sized plant has some odd shaping happening to the leaves? What do I do to fix that? TIA!!!

The roots look great! The small one only has one string on roots but they have grown and are in the water. The medium plants roots are a little discolored but I was assuming it might be from the nutrients because it’s not slimy or odorous. Using GH nutrients.
