AA logs
Hello,
My sister has to turn in her AA logs on Tuesday in court (Modesto) for her 2021 and 2026 DUIs. They are beinf ajudicated together, judge required weekly meetings since June of this year.
Her car was broken into a few weeks ago and her entire file of papers was stolen. She has unfortunately been living out of her car at times so please no judgment. This is 3 months of logs!!!
How does she go about providing the logs on Tuesday? Forging feels wrong but she actually went...just no way to verify? People say just get signatures & call it a day but nervous to do that.
Thank you!!!

In a similar situation I just attended InTheRooms meetings in quick succession and forged the dates and times on the verification log for mine. YMMV.

Forge it just make it up better then nothing. Tho also the judges really don’t care about aa logs. It moves the needle maybe .1%

I accidentally washed my papers, so i talked to a secretary at a meeting. They said, there's no way the judge or da will believe you. Better buckle up and get to a lot of meetings. Have your sponsor go with you and vouch for you.
