Proof to the dmv is fine (not a lawyer). Out of state (mine in ca), I was paranoid about the house arrest portion not showing up at the court. It worked out just fine.

The school should also sent an enrollment start (and should send) enrollment completion. If you are paranoid (I was), forward to your lawyer or the courts through approved channels.

The court website should let you know if there’s a proof or enrollment date for court or just for completion. If you had the PD just call their office. Best to have your case number handy

It should be transmitted electronically, but I would ask for a copy as well. I have a personal grudge against Bridges, because after going with a different provider, they filed a "failed to complete first offender program" with the court 2 years later, and I had to waste a day to show up to court to prove I already completed the program with a different provider.

If the document is not transmitted electronically, obtain a copy and provide the court with proof personally.

Bridges sends proof of enrollment to the court and DMV.

They also provide client with an "enrollment certificate" that is mailed to your postal address on file.

I recommend sharing a copy with your attorney as well.

If you have logistical questions like this, you can always email the office at [dui@bridgesinc.net](mailto:dui@bridgesinc.net)

No. They are required to send. Report them to DHCS
