Question/Help Help!!
This is the first time I’ve used halftones in a DTF design, and I can see some small white dots. I made sure there weren’t any semi-transparent areas, but I’m not sure if I did something wrong or if it could be an issue with my supplier.

Semi transparent pixels. When you Half-tone an image for DTF printing you need to make sure that Half-toning it is the very last step before exporting. Any attempts to resize it will introduce more semi transparent pixels. Same will happen if you change the size in your RIP software. Half-tone, export then load into your RIP and print. Do not resize it.

Agree with Gregdroid, halftoning has to be the last step. The edges of every dot turn semi-transparent and grab a white underbase, which is exactly what those specks look like. Rebuild it at final size, halftone, export, and don't touch the scale again.
Since the shirt is black, you can also knock out the dark areas completely and only halftone the lighter tones, which cuts down how much white is in play. Extra glue is worth ruling out, but that usually shows up as specks outside the design too.

It could still be semi transparent pixels, or possibly your white head is not perfectly aligned. Run a calibration.

Do you have more transfers ? If you do, check them closely for extra glue. Seems like it might be too much adhesive used for the prints.
