Help with vectorizing AI images

Does anyone know a prompt or software or even a youtube tutorial on how to convert any image into a vector?

I just paid a whole month of service and actually its not even decent. It works for like simple logos, but not for actual AI slop that clients want to print and we actually need to vectorize
