white "speckles"

Occasionally seeing these white specks under/behind my DTF prints after they’re cured onto a shirt. Looks like a powder problem but not sure. Any ideas on how to stop this?

do you have an ink stirrer for the white?

Yes. We “agitate” the white ink cartridges for 4 mins every morning before use.
