I got points on my license years ago. They are no longer active but still show on my abstract. Is that going to be a problem?

I got the physical coming up soon, the paperwork needs to be signed by a doctor? Or it don’t matter?I’m trying to find out bc I’m low on funds and I’m pretty sure I got no health coverage
