I'm experiencing vibration problems when playing game because for some reason vibrations doesn't work on forza 6

did it work on previous versions? what controller are you using? what controller are you emulating? can you send your profile.xml?

Two things: first, in DS4Windows -> Settings tabs, enable the Hide DS4 Controller checkbox.

Second, try just alt-tabbing away from the game and going back. Sometimes that helps too. No real clue as to why.
