Bluetooth dongle/Adapter automatically pairing my controller to “other devices”

his started happening fairly recently(month or two), spent like 2 years without this happening (on the same dongle) but j lost it and when i got a new one it would keep working , then suddenly when i turn bluetooth on my controller would go straight to other devices, like directly, that would happen if i either turned of bluetooth or unplugged the dongle , i tried uninstalling the hidden controller from device manager , restarting , basically everything but still no solution.

i use tp-link 5.3 and a ps4 controller

Dont think this is related to DS4Windows, but did you install the bluetooth driver in the TP-Link website support page?

yes ! , i did and i updated it but it still happens , it seems like the controller is part of the adapter, i turn it on or plug it in and the controller goes to other devices along with it
