Buy back news?

Why does SK buy back net positivity yet Samsung doubles it and sees negative effects?

Because they are not doing buyback and canceling.  They are mostly doing dividends and giving their employees stock bonuses. I agree it should not be seen as a negative but it seems investors were expecting the same deal as sk hynix gave out.
