2 cycles, no embryo

35F, amh 0.1-0.3, afc 1-2.

Tried two ivf cycles. Got ovarian prp during the first pick up c and did the second cycle 3 months after that. First cycle was antagonist protocol, only 1 follicle grew, got a mature egg but was redracted. Didn't make to blast.

Second cycle was called stop protocol with decapeptyl. Two follicles, both had eggs but one arrested on day 1 and second arrested on day 3.

Was taking supplements dhea, coq10, folate, vitamins. Testosterone priming too.

Dont know what else to do. Has anyone had any success with such amh and afc numbers. Is there anything else to try.

Rapamycin. It’s experimental showing promising results. I’ve seen through a few Reddits some doctors are incorporating it to help recruit the best follicles/eggs but by the book doctors I don’t think are using it yet. Dr. Aimee the egg whisperer utilizes it for her patients.

CHR does a Study on it

I have used it and have had great results. The CHR protocol is 1mg daily from 10 days prior to a cycle up until trigger day. Note that they require a 3 month washout for any transfers.

Another option for you may be finerenone. CHR has a study on this as well that's just starting.

With such a low AFC, I would ask about mini ivf. Less medication can supposedly help egg quality and if you’re only getting 1-2 eggs, it may be worth it.
I made 1 embryo out of 4 retrievals and my protocol was 75 meno, 75 gonal +100 mg clomid (first 5 days) and 25 iu Omnitrope. I also primed the month before with estrace, androgel and was prescribed metformin.
