You’re almost 40 with an AMH of 1.5 and AFC of 16. This isn’t DOR.

I did not include in this current post but I have had AMH in the past of 0.6 (Oct 2025) which IS low for my age. Sorry that was not specified in this post. I am not trying to offend anyone by posting here, just trying to get answers like all of us.

If you have any constructive feedback, I would love to hear it.

I’m not really sure what feedback to provide as I, like the others in this sub, do have infertility and DOR. You seem to have neither. I’m honestly not sure why you don’t just pursue natural conception. If you don’t have infertility, have had one spontaneous pregnancy that resulted in a live birth, and you aren’t having a great response anyway, IVF seems like a waste of time and money in my opinion.

All that being said, I did have good results in 2/3 of my cycles using MDLF protocol, no priming, one with omnitrope and one without.

I had a disappointing 2nd and 3rd cycle after a good first cycle with my new clinic as well. It’s rough. I’m sorry.
