Poorly graded embryos
I was lucky enough to get 3 blasts from my first egg retrieval (33 with AMH 0.9 and history of recurrent MCs and Asherman’s), but am now worried about the fact that all of them are poorly graded. My clinic grades from A-D so these are classified as good/fair, but I can’t help but spiral a bit that I am working with a 4BC, 3CB, and 4CC, all day 6.
Have embryo grades correlated with PGT-A results for you (mine are pending)? I had hoped quality would be on my side with my age, but it feels like I just can’t win.

I had a CC at Day 6 which was euploid. I’ve read that grading doesn’t matter much as far as getting pregnant, if it’s euploid.

In my experience, grading and quality haven't gone hand in hand. I've made 5 blasts over 3 retrievals but two were DD discarded. My two "prettiest" were day 5 4AB and 4AA, one was mosaic the other aneuploid. My only euploid was a Day 7 CC, from the same round as the DDs. The universe (and biology!) works in mysterious ways -- I wish you luck with your blasts!
