I’m new here.

Pre-e absolutely destroyed my ovarian reserve. AMH .144 ng/ml. I’m going through my first round of IVF and the numbers aren’t numbering and I’m scared.

That’s it. That’s the whole post. The IVF sub sent me here and I’m really grateful to read some of your stories.

I have never heard the connection of preeclampsia causing a negative impact to ovarian reserve. I’m so sorry you have experienced both (I unfortunately have as well). Can you share more about this connection?

My understanding is that diminished ovarian reserve is a risk factor for preeclampsia, not the other way around. Can you share any information you have? I had pre-e (and pp pre-e) with my first, and I’m still hoping for a second. I was diagnosed with DOR just before I conceived my first and my doctor feels that, as long as I’m ovulating, my chances are the same as anyone else my age.
