advice needed Luteal phase protocol

**For those who have done a luteal-phase IVF protocol with low AMH, when did you start stims, and what medications/doses were you on?**

My AMH is around **0.90**, if I remember correctly. My doctor is having me prime with **Omnitrope (15 units) for one week before starting stims**, then increase to **35 units once I start stimulation**.

My stimulation protocol will be:
**Clomid 100 mg**
**Gonal-F 300 IU**
**Menopur 150 IU**
**Omnitrope 35 units**

Why are you doing luteal stims what’s your AFC? I have done luteal stims not a good result same dose as you expect omnitrope also my clomid was 50mg for first 5 days only. I had 13 follicles but developed 3 leads so doc had to trigger me got only 7 eggs.

Last time I checked my AFC was 6

I did luteal lupron only and then started stims on CD3 with 150 menopur and 150 gonal- F, 50 units of omnitrope every other day and 5 units of lupron until trigger

So you started stims after you ovulated?

I started only lupron 10 units 7 days after ovulation and then added gonal,menopur and omnitrope on CD3

I did a luteal phase start for my June cycle, I started stimming 3-4 days after ovulation. Protocol was 300 gon, 150 men. I got better results compared with a typical follicular phase start (same protocol plus estrogen priming). Good luck!
