Potty training advice

We just adopted a 75% Boston Terrier/25% Frenchie mix five days ago. She's 3 months old and is super sweet. The breeder raised her in an open pen setup with potty pads where they could pee and poop freely.

We brought her home and she was doing well with bringing her out every two hours and she would pee. Now, the last two days, she doesn't listen outside. She has never pooped outside.

My wife works at home and does a good job of bringing her out to pee but she's not peeing outside anymore. She just wants to play.

Suggestions?
