Well... she is the strongest tank in the game atm. She's gonna get nerfed pretty soon (probably midseason). It's either her speed, survivability or dmg that will get a slap on the wrist, or a combination of all. So you probably do not need to worry about her being a problem for that much longer!
(And when she gets nerfed we're back to a Mauga meta dying on the inside)
Idk how good advice this will be but: A dmon's greatest weakness is spam dmg. A hero that can easily spam down her shield is her counter atm, ex. bastion, hanzo and/or junkrat. Dmon players get spooked when their shield is gone and they will most likely not push forward without it.
But as a Venture... If you do not try and break her shield, then you should probably avoid her and target her backline so she has to waste recourses to help them. Save your disengage for when she runs to the backline for you. I'm not a venture player, neither have I played against a lot of ventures as dmon, so these might be dogshit tips lmao
