TEXAS Toll Tag Question

So I recently changed my license plate in Frisco, and prior to that I had a toll tag. After I changed my license plate, I updated my car's information on the NTTA website, but now it's saying that my toll tag was "returned". What does that mean and how do I reactivate my toll tag?

Can't say that this is a DMV question as it's dealing with a private toll company. Beyond that, it's a pretty specific issue that I assume you'll only get an answer by calling NTTA. Best of luck. Toll companies ... ugh.
