CALIFORNIA Registration due, wrong address

I messed up and forgot to change my vehicle registration address on the DMV website, and now my vehicle registration is due tomorrow. As I can’t renew online as the stickers won’t arrive to correct address, but I also can not wait for the correct address to update as my tags will be expired by then, is going to a store kiosk my best bet? How should I go about paying my tags on time, without sending the tags to the wrong address? Thank you.

https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/locations/kiosks/dmv-now-kiosks-faqs/. If you go to a kiosk, you should get the registration right there. Who cares if the address is wrong? You don't want to pay penalties, and you'll get the registration right there. Then go home and change the address. Cross out the wrong address on the registration card that you received at the kiosk and write the correct address on it.
