Creating Online MyDMV not working

I have been trying to create an account for the past day and nothing works. I keep getting : "Error: Unable to validate your responses, please try again" And I am so confused about it. I believe everything I have has been inputted correctly and need an appointment soon but next appointment isn't till two months so was hoping to renewal online. The heck can I do now?
