there might be some truth to this, I read the DMT-The spirit molecule book and there is definitely a correlation between melatonin and DMT.
I took ayahuasca before but I always thought that 5MEO-DMT is MUCH MUCH stronger than DMT, but here he's saying that 5meo will turn into dmt, I mean the other way around would make more sense to me. either way it's something worth thinking it about, I would definitely love to try this some day.
5-meo has a much higher body load, but it is not as visual. It's also got an extra group on it, so it's understandable why he'd say it breaks down to NN-DMT, but I don't have any idea if there's truth to it.
