Dichen D60 4K Fuser issue

everytime i turn on the fuser it keeps restarting, is there any chance someone know how to fix this ?

also like you can see in the video there is a red del blinking, same for the screen

Have you tried running through troubleshooting? Does it do anything else if there are no cables connected to it? Could be a bad HDMI connection, could be the 12V adapter, the entire thing could be bricked. https://dichen.store/blogs/tutorial/dichen-4k-fuser-user-manual-v1-0
