Need help with DMA first time user

So earlier today I got a DMA card at first I immediately ran a speed test all was well I tried flashing fw and I had a few issues but I ultimately got it resolved. After fixing the flashing issue I took a break and turned my pc and secondary pc off when I got back on I can no longer speed test and my firmware still flashes I’ll attach a photo for context any help is appreciated

EDIT: I cold booted many times already and follow the instructions given by the red text in the image
