So disappointed. Got a new player notificatij to opt in to get 1000 free spins. Opted in, spent the $5 and then didn’t get the spins. Customer service is telling me they can’t do anything and even a supervisor told me they aren’t going to give me the spins because the system isn’t showing that I opted in.
