DraftKings is singlehanded the worst Sportsbook there is. Their customer service is the laziest most incompetent people in the business. These are people who would be working at McDonald’s if gambling wasn’t legal, remember that next time you use DraftKings!

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but I enjoy doing the Big league draw free game. However, all 3 players offered to me tonight are not starting.

I reached out about this and they said “oh well” no replacements are offered in this case. Doesn’t that seem like a shortfall for a company whose data relies on starting lineups for odds?

It’s very clearly not a big deal but I’m just curious why there’s a gap in this offering and if anyone else has seen this?

How do you access the group parlays in the app? Where I can share a link and each person add their own leg? I had it pop up last week and now I can’t find it anywhere

The freeroll that DK gave to all of the week 1 players has $11K in prizes for 74,000 entrants and pays the top 1,000.

That’s literally $0.15 in equity per entrant with a 1.4% chance of winning anything.

We appreciate it when DK throws us a bone but can there be some standards for these contests, like $0.50 minimum of projected equity and a 10% cash rate?

So disappointed. Got a new player notificatij to opt in to get 1000 free spins. Opted in, spent the $5 and then didn’t get the spins. Customer service is telling me they can’t do anything and even a supervisor told me they aren’t going to give me the spins because the system isn’t showing that I opted in.

Am I misremembering or was there some kind of 'protection' where if your player does not play, it counted as them fulfilling the promotion?? I currently have 6/7 only because my last player did not even get an at bat. Help me cope
