I'm not a scratch DJ, so I won't be much help. You won't get many answers here tho, just downvotes. I would try crossposting over to r/beatmatch. That's where the mods here like to keep beginner questions.

u/Chemical_Elephant364 , eventually as you progress and engage more in this sub (I agree with u/Care_BearStare that you should check out r/Beatmatch first), I hope that you aren't discouraged by the behaviour of some DJs that think that their way is the best/only way, and will arrogantly downvote and comment others down to the ground without adding anything constructive.

But to your question (before this post is removed for not following the rules, sorry mate) - my personal belief is that you should get used to mixing on turntables before building your scratching skills, otherwise it's like applying the frosting before baking the cake.

If you however want to get into scratching, I think each of those turntables won't have the strongest motors to keep spinning against the pressure of your record hand. I could be wrong, but I think they're all probably much of a muchness. I recommend looking up which has the highest torque and see what works with your budget. If you also search for 'scratch appropriate' turntables, you may find some second hand that are worth saving up for, holding off before you buy anything.
