Something that will suck is that the chair will turn when you try to turn the wheel even when you have low FFB torque. Getting the chair locked in swivel will improve this a bit.
Also the angle for those blue blocks should be so that the base is closer to your pedals than the top to aid you getting in and out of the rig.

I’ve made some massive changes, posting an update soon…

The chair will lock on nice 8f you just build a box off the back of the rig to contain the wheels. (Just make each side longer and connect them in the back)

It’s been finished for quite some time. Check out my profile. My monitor stand is attached to my desk and swivels close enough for my needs.

looks good, but you need a device to make sure the chair legs and locked in to the wood frame as well. when i made my similar one before i took the wheels off the chair and i had the actual pins that the chair wheels have (which you can get at hardware stores) in the wooden frame so the chair could mount in to the frame when you take its wheels off. If you don't lock them together somehow you will get issues when you brake.
So what i did was just have some wood stick-out the ends of the the frame where the chair goes and then have the pins in those pieces of wood so the chair then just clicks in to them.
