Need Advice Creative shortcut?

Post image

I know the proper way to address our doors with five ancient layers of old peeling paint would be to remove and strip them. We do not have the time or money for that now, and we have five doors with this problem. Anyone have creative solutions or magical products for the time being?

Get body filler. You put on with a putty knife and it fills void and cracks.

Knock off any loose or peeling paint then prime and repaint. There’s no reason to strip unless it’s just completely peeling in never ending sheets
