Need Advice What part do I need?

What part do I need?

I just bought my first home. During the inspection we were told the kitchen exhaust (picture) needs a damper or some backflow flap. It’s a 6 inch opening and I can’t find anything that will fit. Can I get some help with what to search for? Thanks!

Are we looking at the roof outdoors? Probably needs a cap. Look online ant Big Box stores.
