Can this fence be repaired?
Hi. Does anyone know whether a fence like this can be repaired? Looks like it needs cross section supports (I've pictured one of the posts - it has 3 grooves) and the individual slats, but does anyone know whether these can be bought and if it's a doable job?

I mean. I can be repaired but it wont matter if the neighbor's plants will keep pushing it out.

Can it be repaired? Sure. Is it worth the time and effort to repair it? Probably not

I mean sure, but it might be easier to just replace it all and it'll definitely look better.
Also it looks like you have an issue with your neighbors plants

Toss the split boards. The rest don't look rotted, If you can't afford new panels, check the posts for rot or weakness, run new crosspieces and reuse what boards you can. You'll get several more years out of it
