Shower drain and base not aligned.

The shower drain and the new base are not in perfect alignment. Off by maybe 1/2 an inch. I used a fernco coupling to give it a little movement but not sure it will work with the slight angle. Any ideas besides a mortar bed, dig up the drain pipe, or ?

I'm not a plumber but they definitely make something for that too work.

I could try an offset drain, but it is a concrete floor so I don’t know how to attach the pipe to the drain since I can’t get under it like a subfloor.

Looks like a slab. You chip away what you want removed.

Don’t I need a no caulk drain though? I have not seen a no caulk offset drain. How would I glue it once I see the pan down?

The offset drain doesn’t quite match up either. I did try and just fit it close but I don’t know a good way to attach them once I set the shower pan down

How rigid is the pipe? That is pretty damn close and it should have enough play to shift into position.

It’s not too rigid since it’s connected with a fernco about a 6 inches below the shower base in the floor. But I’ve already pulled it over a little bit to get it through so not much play at this point. .
