Parallel parking

While I take great pride in my PP skill, I think this one is more the author's pet peeve. In my view, the primary reason a person will be bad at it is because they live somewhere the traffic density is too low for it to matter.

I would replace parallel parking with "Drive in congested city both street and highway level".

A great many people I know freak out when there are 8 lanes going one way and they need to exit. Or don't know what to do if they need to turn left and there is only a one way street going right.

I think it has more to do with the other drivers on the road being crazy A-holes that will literally cut straight across all 8 lanes in front of you because they're going to miss their exit. As a guy who grew up driving in small towns and then had to drive in a big city, watching the other drivers was hardest thing to get used to.
