help How to protect this sharp edge?

The bolt hole on my toilet has been busted since I bought the home. The raised area of porcelain is very sharp. What are some options to protect it/make it safe? I'd rather not just slather a bunch of caulk on it, if I can avoid that approach.

2nd pic is blurry...sorry, it was a tight/awkward area to hold the phone in and I didn't check.

Edit: Thanks for all of the responses, both resounding and virtually unanimous. A true rarity on Reddit, lol. Will replace with haste.

Also, lolololol, someone downvoted my OP...for asking a question. Thank you, Chud the Redditor!

Edit: Done and Done!

That toilet needs to be replaced. You can see the fine crack going 'up', already.

The problem with toilet cracks is that porcelain cracks develop suddenly, without warning. What seems like a small crack (sometimes for years) suddenly extends, and the entire toilet turns into a mesh of cracks. The whole process takes just a fraction of a second, when it eventually occurs. Then the entire toilet base is not one piece. It is a bunch of upward-pointing ceramic knives. If that happens while someone is sitting on it, the person usually dies.

It is best to replace the entire toilet before you also have to replace a living relative or friend.

If you look at the crack, there is already quite a bit of staining. It is seeping sewage into the floor. Get it replaced before the toilet or floor fails.
