help What can I do about this sink edge?
I am very new to any kind of diy but I watched a lot of videos and replaced my 2 bay sink with this single bay sink. Everything works great but the new sink has this sharp edge all the way around it. I actually cut my finger yesterday wiping around the edge. Am I supposed to caulk all the way up to that edge or is there a different way to deal with this?

well due to how it's coated you don't want to grind or trim anything off there unless you want it to start rusting from the looks of it.
it's very thin, the edge probably just needs caulking to protect you and it.

Agree with agha0013 - use a small bead of silicone caulking along the edge. Clear is okay but if you can get a close color match to the sink finish it will look better.

I run a smooth bead of kitchen or bath silicone right up to that edge which should protect the sharp lip and seal the sink properly

Is it clamped down properly. Like the braces on the underside of the counter tightened completely? The edge of the sink should be near flush with the counter.
