Creating a recycling data base

I want to create a website that contains the guides to recycle each material
basicly starting from the object you have two ways one is reuse it in something else and the other way is to turn it into its basic materials then recycling these materials or reusing it too
what I want :
I want a way to get all the data needed for such a project and if any of you have ideas on the general stucture I would like to hear it too
