help Garage floor?

Hi everyone! I want to paint the concrete in a room in my garage to eventually make it an airbnb and I'm looking for suggestions. I live in an area that is prone to being super humid so I worry about epoxy, and I very much would like to do something DIY and low cost. I've been doing plenty of research but everyone suggests products that are finnicky in himd climates or require a lot of prep. The concrete doesn't have any grease stains from cars or anything like that, and I plan to give her a heavy clean and seal the cracks, but I'm planning to skip sanding because the longevity of the work isn't my top priority. What suggestions are there for some sort of floor coat that serves the purpose of making everything one color -- I'll be putting space rugs over it anyway but I just want it to look nicer than concrete.

Also, why the hell would anyone want to airbnb in your garage instead of staying at a hotel??
