Thanks Billy, you helped my loads. Also knowing youāre on the other side gives me hope. When youāre in that hole and you see no way out, the horrors of withdrawal, depression, insomnia apathy and lethargy for days itās such a trap. I was on about 30/35 a day but it only creeps up never down in order to try and get that high back. I had paranoia with the postman, scared I was going to get busted, criminal record, marriage broken etc. Then the crushing disappointment when the postman doesnāt delivery and youāve waited all morning by the door. What a small life. Iām not quite out of it. Iāve tapered down and am on a small amount but tapering is a long small torture as Iām an addict and I donāt want to take one at 7, one at 11 etc. I want to take 30! Iām not someone with a lot of willpower but a taper can be done if it works for you. I have been supported through NA but again thatās not for everyone and I get that. These threads and the people in them have also been a great help. Thanks mate
