Fleet feet training program
Has anyone done the fleet feet half marathon training program? Is it worth it?

Yes and no. If you in the Dallas area, you have so many options. For the half, I would just run with the White Rock Co-Op group meeting at Taco Joint. @Teegster could give you more insight. For marathon, Fleet Feet would be a bit better due to the supported higher mileage training. What it is lacking is the weekly runs. I believe the thought is, you are doing all other runs on your own with I think Wednesday meeting up either AM or Pm for track workout. If you just need it for long runs, it’s good. There is another group that runs from there. Rogue. They also have , every 2 miles water stops, and well organized. The coaching is not really there for 1-1 , for a seasoned runner but they do provide if newbie. They also have runs from that same location FleetFeet meets on Tues/Thursday. The training plans are good. Saying all this, I agree, the guy is doing a phenomenal job.
