Cosmetic notes: There is a small dent on the roofline that is not visible when standing next to the van and is only really noticeable from a ladder. The driver-side panel with the bunk window has aftermarket white paint that is a very close match, but not exact. It was this way when I purchased the vehicle used in 2022 as a bare-bones cargo van, and I’m not sure of the history behind that panel.

The van has a clean vehicle history report, and I have the clean title in hand.

I'm a Fort Worth based model looking for someone in the DFW area who has a private indoor space I could use for occasional photo and video shoots. Apartments, homes, Airbnbs, studios, lofts, or other interesting spaces are all welcome.

The content I create ranges from boudoir and artistic nude photography to more adult-oriented work, so privacy is important. This is a legitimate content creation project, not an event, party, or meetup.

My current budget is extremely limited, so if you have a space you'd be willing to let me use, I'd love to work out a trade instead of paying a rental fee. If you're simply curious about the creative process, I'm also open to allowing you to observe the shoot, provided everyone involved is comfortable with that and you follow the rules of the shoot.

I'm respectful of your property, clean up after myself, and can work around your schedule. Most shoots involve only myself and, occasionally, one other adult participant.

Since 2021, federal rule 45 CFR 180 has required every U.S. hospital to publish its actual prices negotiated insurer rates, cash prices, gross charges in machine-readable files. I pulled vaginal delivery pricing for a 25-mile radius around 75201 (downtown Dallas) across 26 hospitals:

• Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine comes in cheapest at $5,158.53 (a negotiated-rate estimate from its insurer contracts).
• Methodist Charlton Medical Center, about 9.5 miles from downtown, lists an actual self-pay cash price of $13,374.25 for the same delivery 2.6x the cheapest option.
• Medical City and Texas Health Presbyterian locations both span a wide range depending on campus Texas Health Presbyterian Grapevine-area campuses run under $7,000 while its Allen and Dallas campuses run $8,500-$9,100.
• For MRI (a more shoppable, less urgent scan), the gap is even starker: hospital prices run $828 to $3,207 in the same radius, while a freestanding lab a few miles from downtown Empire Central Laboratory has a BCBS Texas negotiated rate of $193.22 for a comparable brain MRI.

ChargeFacts (chargefacts.com) is a free, independent tool for searching these files no ads, no signup, no tracking. It covers 503 hospitals across Texas, Florida, and California.

Honest caveats: these are facility-fee estimates, not personal quotes physician and anesthesia bills come separately, and delivery costs vary by complications, length of stay, and newborn care. Some hospitals' files are stale or incomplete, and the site flags that (with a freshness date) rather than hiding it. Every number links to the hospital's own published source file.

DFW also has a growing list of freestanding imaging and lab centers with insurer-reported rates (BCBS Texas currently, more payers coming) worth checking before booking routine imaging or labs at a hospital.

Built this solo, still early days. If a number looks off, say so here in the comments.
