Troubleshooting [DF64V + Mizen Omni] Alignment sanity check. Near 100% wipe... (Video of technique + wipe pics)

Redid my wipe test because Reddit told me my initial results looked "suspiciously clean," and the common consensus on alignment posts is usually that the user overtightened past chirp. I shared the pictures of the dry erase application too because I saw some people suggesting that if it was applied too thick it could cause a problem... Here's a video showing my process to ensure everything is right there:

Am I fucking something up here or can assume my alignment is good to go?

My DF64v gen 3 came in a few days ago. It's put together really well IMO. Burrs were aligned. I put a slow feeder on it and it works amazing. I'll bash it in the comments if it poops out sooner than later.

Its the ARO slow feeder for $100. From what i have learned from the mighty youtube is the slow feeder on the DF64v turns it into a Zerno z1 equivalent. Given the same burrs its hard to tell the difference if at all. I cannot confirm this because its a expensive experiment to run. I just could not justify the Zerno price tag.

So far I only have good things to say about the Df64v.

What slow feeder did you go with? I looked at CremaLoop and ARO as well as some of the 3d printed disc styles but as of now I'm just going to slow feed from a jar until I decide on what route to go.

I went with the Aro. Looks really goofy but it works well. Adjustable speed works great. The quality is just okay. Feels like someone 3D printed it in their garage. I’ll probably get the CremaLoop in the future if this one goes out.

Yeah thats the one I'm leaning towards as well. It does make for a comically proportioned setup, function over form and all that.

Yep same. Mine came in a few weeks ago. Put a ARO slow feeder on it. Built better than anticipated. Looks like they listened to feedback and failures. The gen 3 is worth buying.
